5 Low-Calorie High-Caffeine Starbucks Drinks
Who does love a cup of coffee here and there, ok maybe some people don't....but for me I love coffee and now more so than ever I love Expresso!
Expresso has a rich flavor, it is high in caffeine which gives me that energy boost when I need it. However, with the millions of options theses days at Starbucks its tough to find healthy options in the mix of so many caramel macchiato type drinks drizzled in chocolates and sprinkles oh my..... with of course hundreds of calories.
I thought I would share with you my top 5 drink options at Starbucks that are low calorie and still give me a kick of caffeine without sacrificing hundreds of calories that are best served on something else. On a side note, those high calorie drinks will give you the energy boost, but you will have quite the crash later. I also think sometimes your in the mood for a cold drink or a hot drink so there are a few options on this list with both. The coconut brew actually has more caffeine than a latte! My favorite go to is always the tall skinny vanilla latte with almond milk, and I always get it hot although its just as good cold. If you haven't had this basic drink its a regular for me...
