Who doesn't LOVE Chocolate? But chocolate with coconut and it being high in protein is a win win situation for me.
I tossed together this quick shake recipe that turned out quite amazing, so I wanted to share with you all. The key ingredient is my protein powder choice, there are a lot of chocolate protein's available out there, but I usually cant stand the after taste, with Rocksolid Nutrition you eliminate that and don't sacrifice on the flavor. Also there are several other options for protein if your vegan or looking for a more all natural protein. I always use an isolate since it digests better than the blends.

1 tbsp Walden farms chocolate syrup or you can use a tbsp of coco powder
1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
1 cup Sugar-free coconut milk
1 drop of Almond Extract
A few pinches of unsweetened shredded coconut
Handful of ice and Blend in a very good blender of choice, I use the magic bullet
